Our Guarantee

At Briar Patch Heirlooms, we strive to ensure that every product offered is of the best possible quality. We truly want every purchase you make with us to become a part of your family for generations to come. We will gladly replace or refund your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, if applicable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number will be valid for fifteen (15) days. If you return an item after the 15th business day, without an RA#, and/or an item appears to have been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom crafted to your specifications, as each piece has been crafted by the artist specifically for you.

Upon receipt of your approved return, Briar Patch Heirlooms will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. Please note original shipping costs cannot be refunded by Briar Patch Heirlooms. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

If you have received a gift from Briar Patch Heirlooms, we will gladly provide you with a store credit for the value of your item. We ask that you contact Customer Care for a RA#, and we will send a gift certificate to you for your shopping pleasure upon receipt of your merchandise.
