I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. Although I now make and sell sterling silver jewelry, I have worked in many different media such as papier-mache, painted furniture and quiltmaking. I also design & construct
greeting cards & wedding invitations and produce graphic art.
Although I did attend 2 different art schools, I am self taught in these media.
There are always several art projects brewing in my house.
The way I see it is that there's always something new to learn.
I can't imagine doing anything else!
All of my jewelry is made of sterling silver, individually by hand, by me. They are first cut from
a piece of sterling silver sheet or wire. Then I hammer, drill, stamp, sand and oxidize.
The final step is to brush and polish. No two are exactly alike.
A little silver polish will keep them gorgeous forever. I truly believe that they are meant to
be handed down to the next generation and the next!
My wish is that each piece of jewelry spreads inspiration, love and laughs.
Each piece comes with a story/info card.
All my pieces can be personalized with names, dates, sayings or whatever you can think of.
